Mecklenburg CARES

MeckCARES is the system of care partnership among local child-serving agencies, families and the community. Its purpose is to improve outcomes for youth ages 10-21 who have a severe emotional problem and their families. MeckCARES uses the Wraparound model, and is working toward a unified approach across agencies for "one child, one plan, one team."
