Momen Ayeckvtes “To Carry On”

The project proposes to develop the infrastructure for systems of care in the Okmulgee, Okemah, Sapulpa, Eufala, and Coweta Indian communities of the Creek Nation. The project will feature child-centered, family focused, community based and culturally competent systems of care for children, youth, and families. Key stakeholder groups and advisory councils will include tribal leaders, community members, spiritual leaders, parents/consumers, school personnel, juvenile service workers, and other community providers.

Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa

The urban Indian health facility will forge a system of care to increase the capacity, effectiveness, and efficiency of behavioral health services currently offered to the American Indian youth who reside within the area of northeastern Oklahoma served by the Center.
